Renting
We have two very interesting rental methods, in addition to the standard one, aimed above all at making the money spent count as usable credit. The client will have to decide from the beginning which form to take.
RENT TO REDEMPTION
The musical instruments can be purchased at the end of the rental according to the redemption formula, you will have to rent the instrument for a maximum of 12 months, and then decide whether to continue the rental, interrupt it or buy the instrument by recovering the money from the quarterly fee. We recommend this formula for renting the 4/4 measures, which then always remain valid to play (you don’t have to switch to another measure). The bowed instruments to buy tool is delivered new, so there is a bigger deposit to pay, which will then be returned according to certain rules.
In the redemption, 70% of the total cost of the rental period is recovered. Suppose you have done 2 semesters with a violin (23.00 monthly cost x 12= 276.00 €), the amount that can be recovered on the final balance is 193.20 € (70% of 276.00 €). A security deposit is required which, in the case of purchase of the instrument, is recovered with the balance of the instrument.
The rental is paid at the beginning of the period (between the first day of the month and the fifth day), the quarterly and half-yearly periods can only be paid by bank transfer.
“PROJECT” RENTAL, WITH ACCUMULABLE CREDIT
This rental formula was created and designed specifically by Liuteria Cesarini to encourage and help the purchase of excellent instruments at the end of the course of study. A quality 4/4 instrument has a high cost and renting with credit has the function of reducing this expense. In credit rental 85% of the total rental cost of a single student is recovered, a recovered sum that can only be spent on the final purchase of a semi-professional Cesarini Pro Studio instrument or on a professional instrument. This is how it works in a nutshell:
The credit is accumulated by paying the rental installment on the small measures of the instrument being studied. For example, if a 3/4 year old child begins studying on a 1/16 violin, he will then go through 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and finally 4/ 4. The last size 4/4 can be rented for up to 3 years, a period of time in which the student can understand if he will continue on his path. The credit that accumulates is a lot, since about 10/12 years can pass. 12 years of credits recovered at 85% mean around 1800.00 euros for a violin and around 2500.00 euros for a cello. Thus you will have already paid about half for a semi-professional instrument. A security deposit is required at the beginning of the first rental.
The sooner the student begins the course of study and the sooner he will be able to rent the instrument from us, consequently accumulating the credit.

METHOD AND MAINTENANCE
THE COSTS OF THE STRINGS, OF THE RUN (if to be changed), OF THE CRACKS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL: If the rented instruments should present important structural problems that have escaped our control (bent bow, instrument that is about to break) the Lutherie will change them for you . Strings and horsehair cannot be changed by the customer in store or at other lutheries, unless otherwise permitted by Atelier Cesarini. Any maintenance interventions must be carried out at Liuteria Cesarini (breakage of the bridge, breakage of a single string, change of strings, change of bow hair). The first payment (to block the instrument) can be made at any time, but the rental period will start from the relevant month.
In the event that the instrument is interrupted in the middle of the quarter, it will be necessary to pay the remaining amount as if the period had ended (for example, a rental begins in the month of January, in the quarter December-January-February, it will still be necessary to pay the quarterly share of). In the event that the instrument is interrupted in the first month of the quarter, the cost of only one month can be paid.
